I am extremely disappointed by my experience with CARAT SUTRA. Payment was made on March 20, 2026, and despite repeated follow-ups and telephonic discussions with Mr. Kamal Soni on April 28, 2026 and May 9, 2026, during which assurances were provided regarding resolution of the matter, the issue remains unresolved.
What is most concerning is the continued lack of response and absence of any conclusive update from the concerned team. The prolonged silence has left me with the impression that my grievance is not being treated with the seriousness and professionalism that a customer deserves.
I am still hopeful that CARAT SUTRA and Mr. Kamal Soni will address this matter transparently and process an amicable resolution without any further delay.
