Since March 20, 2026, I have repeatedly been assured that my refund would be processed by the following Friday. However, each week passes without resolution, followed by prolonged periods of non-response until another assurance is provided.
This recurring pattern of commitments without closure has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience. I sincerely request M/s CARAT SUTRA, including Mr. Kamal Soni and Mr. Kapil, to address the matter transparently and process the pending refund without any further delay.
