Craftsmanship is appreciable and admirable. I Love this product to wear. But I didn't receive the genuineness certificate with it. I had written to you on WhatsApp too but issue still persist.

Last but not the least, customer support needs improvement. Follow up and feedback , customer queries should be addressed immediately and SOPs to be followed as was in my case after going through several negative feedback on other platforms I got suspicious of company's operations and it gives unnecessary anxiety to customers.
